18 hole stableford. Foursomes in competition for the Thompson Tankards (current holders, Don Anderson & Adrian McMillan). Held at Prince’s, Sandwich. The event is to be played at the same time as the Peter Kenyon Bowl, on Wednesday 29th March. Entries for the Thompson Tankards are therefore also entries for the Peter Kenyon Bowl, but this does not necessarily apply vice versa; any Whitgift pair who plays the Peter Kenyon Bowl on Thursday 30th March, which is entirely possible, will not also qualify for the Tankards.
Fee – £45pp payable to OWGS (who will settle this with the Prince’s pro shop on your behalf).
We will try to enable Whitgift pairs to play together in a Whitgift four, and to have all Whitgift entries playing at similar times. However, this will depend on availability of teetimes on the day. So far, we have booked two teetimes at 1.20pm and 1.30pm on Wednesday 29th. If you want one of these tee times please tell us as part of your application.
